KeyPay product enhancements January 2017

The KeyPay developer team has had a busy start to 2017! They’ve got a heap of upgrades and new releases to show you.

WorkZone updates: Timesheets for Android + Unavailabilities.

Employees can now enter timesheets from WorkZone with Android, as well as iOS!

Previously only accessible via the web based employee portal, employees can now also set their unavailabilities in the roster from WorkZone with both iOS and Android.

More enhancements to rostering!

Managers can now update employee unavailabilities, right from the rostering screen. Plus employees get notified with push notifications!  For more information click here.

 

Working holiday PAYG changes

KeyPay was updated prior to 1 January to automatically handle the newly legislated working holiday PAYG calculations. If you’re an employer of working holiday makers, you are required to register with the ATO before the employee is entitled to the new tax rate.  For more information click here.

The following reports can now be filtered by Employing Entity:

  1. Ordinary Time Earnings Report,
  2. Leave Liability Report,
  3. Costing Report,
  4. Leave History Report

New fields + filters have been added to the Employee Details report: Fields – standard work hours, all leave balances, account type. Filters – by pay schedule, by employee start + end dates, by terminated employees

Multiple employing entities within a KeyPay business can now be auto-registered for ClickSuper.

The ‘weeks per year’ and ‘days per year’ leave accrual methods have been retired in KeyPay, click here  for more information.
