RECKON ONE – SIGN ON WITH GOOGLE AND OFFICE 365
Reckon have released a new feature ‘single sign-on with Google and Microsoft Office 365’ for the Reckon One mobile app! This means if you’re already using single sign-on with the web application, you can access the mobile app using your Google or Office 365 account details too! Simply enter your log in credentials when you sign into the app for the first time, and allow ‘Reckon Portal’ permission to access your mobile. Or if you prefer, you can continue to sign in using your username and email address. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play store, or log in now to try it out.
RECKON ONE – NEW PAYROLL SET UP AND FEATURES
Many users asked for a more streamlined payroll set up experience, so Reckon have released new enhancements in Reckon One Payroll. Following is a breakdown of the updates:
1. Redesigned Payroll setup function
You can now access Payroll setup quickly in the vertical navigation menu, rather than navigating to Settings. It’s also been simplified for you, your accountant and bookkeeper so you can easily set up your payroll accounts. All payroll functionalities are still the same, and you can continue to access the previous version of Payroll setup from Settings if you wish.
2. Filter feature for all your pay items
You can now filter all your pay items such as leave, earnings, reimbursement, super and more. Plus, easily access your pay items from the improved Payroll Set Up in the vertical navigation menu. – When you log in you will see the enhancements.
